I'm a frontend developer in Ho Chi Minh City. I build web and mobile interfaces with React, Next.js, and React Native — mostly the screens people sit in front of all day, where the work is making them fast and hard to get wrong.

Since 2024 I've been at HouseNow on a real estate platform: the web app, the agent mobile app, and the internal admin behind both. Before that I built internal business tools at Mono Infinity.

Developed and maintained web, mobile, and internal admin applications for a real estate platform using React, Next.js, and React Native.
Reduced first-load JavaScript size of a large TanStack Router application embedded within Next.js by 83% (10.4MB to 1.78MB) through route-level lazy loading and route-based code splitting.
Developed frontend interfaces for internal real estate operations, including property listing management, search, filtering, and listing creation/editing workflows.
Developed QR-based referral workflows with UTM tracking and deep linking, allowing newly registered agents to be automatically linked to their referrers after app installation and authentication.
Implemented ZNS integration for OTP and transactional messaging, resolving multi-environment authentication challenges across staging and production environments.
Developed wallet top-up flows through in-app purchases (IAP) in a React Native WebView application, implementing version-based feature gating to support staged mobile releases.

Automated repetitive browser-based tasks using Puppeteer, reducing manual effort and improving operational efficiency.
Integrated internal systems with KiotViet, Google Sheets, BigSeller, and third-party services to synchronize and process business data.
Developed backend APIs and data transformation workflows using NestJS and PostgreSQL to support data synchronization and internal operations.

Tour Guide Portfolio & Reviews · Freelance, HCMC

A portfolio and tour showcase for an English-speaking tour consultant and guide in Ho Chi Minh City, featuring traveler reviews synced from Google Sheets and photo albums backed by Notion and Cloudflare R2 / AWS S3.

Automated review ingestion and slug generation from Google Sheets, rendered with on-demand ISR caching.
Photo galleries hosted on Cloudflare R2 / S3 with in-browser compression to bypass Vercel serverless request limits, managed via the Notion API.
